Happy New Year!

(yawn)

Okay, it's midnight, now can I go to bed?

Nope, sorry. You have to wait until Jim Wright ushers in the new year. ;-)

Hugh 57,

I beg to differ. I've resolved that in 2008, everyone should be able to go to bed at any time the notion takes them.

10:57 AM for going to bed? But the Rose Bowl parade is on! That makes it officially New Years!

If there is a New Year's equivalent to "Bah Humbug" -- I'd like to claim it now. I, for reasons that are likely my own fault, must work today. AND I only have decaf coffee in my office, which must break some New Year's morning laws or something.

Yah Numbug.

Sorry folks, I slept through New Year. Sue me. It's cold and dark out here, the best place to be at midnight is under a quilt or two.

Happy New Year - and Shawn, hope you get that server up and running early in the day, so you can get home while there's still some fun to be had.

No worries, I raided the teacher's lounge (normally, I'm not welcome there in the least) and stole some Folders. Not the best coffee, but it has caffeine, and it being stolen makes it taste a little better.

If it makes you feel any better I had to work today also. My server babysitter position required me to be here by 6am too so I was in bed long before midnight.

And it seems Folger's is the cheap coffee of choice in the IT world. I choked down a couple cups this morning. Ugh.

Happy New Year's, Friends and Annoyances!

Figuring out who is who is left as an exercise for the class.

Hehe.

Hairy Eyeball shot down over Trenton, NJ. Strategic Defense Initiative declared 100% effective.

Woot!

Happy New Year, all! And Shawn, I try not to drink brewed folders. I prefer coffee... much better flavor & color, higher caffeine content.

Nathan, you wish the Hairy Eyeball had been shot down over Trenton. That was chaff. The real hairy eyeball is still enroute to Brookly™, making it's way to your Brownstone. But you can reassure the GF - I have it finely tuned to only burn you.

Shaaawwwwnnnn, they're touching me!
