To post a picture here, upload your photo somewhere else on the Web (your own site, or Flickr, or whatever), and note the URL. Then come here, click the "Img" button, and drop the URL between the two image tags. Check that you did it right by using the "preview" button before posting.
Enter as often as you like, but know I prefer quality to quantity. Have fun!
